If you want white, you should do a warm off-white, because a stark white won't look good with the warm tan siding. I'd do a pop of color for the door, probably orange. You can go zingy or a more muted, brownish pumpkin.

Is this a motel or apartments? Personally, I like all trim to match so in your case the color of the windows. The storm/screen doors should match the exterior door. No white anywhere

White is a good choice to coordinate with your siding. I suggest all windows, railings and trim in white including the storm door which should be the same colour as the doors. New black sconces would complement the look.

White looks like a seaside motel. Not the look I would want in a condo.

The close ups you showed of the window trim is a good color to paint the stairs, rails, and decks. It is quite close in color to the body of the building, which is a good thing. They are not really an architectural feature to be highlighted.

All dark brown if the siding stays and I would do a glass and metal railing too . Maybe some color for the doors like a teal or orange The building is just so blah some color is a must IMO

I would make sure everyone wants the same color, because all different isnt a good look for any of you. I would choose the color of the windows for trim. White will stick out and not in a nice way, if you are the only one with white windows.

White windows, white doors & trim, taupe (same tone as siding or slightly darker).

We feel that i would be a great contrast if you painted Dark brown or dark gray, that will give it more personality and contraste to the facade!

we agree also with patricia! we feel that some colors on the doors will be beuatiful and it will give it a little light to your building, we will go with orange or sage
