A Few "Leftovers" From My Last Post

This is the first dayliy I ever bought. I gave $8 for it because it was asp pretty. The man had a lot of different colored blooms, and I had no idea I would ever care what its name was. I hadn't found the forum yet, and this daylily is still in my back garden. NOID

Keep On Looking It always reblooms

I lost them one, but Liked it so much I bought it again. Heavenly Angel Ice

I have had this one a long time too: Primal Scream

I traded with Celeste once and she gave me several choices and I chose Mico

Space Coast Dream Catcher

Ledgewood Jungle Music has done very well this year

I Lava You has already pur up an instant rebloom scape.

An Oldie but Goodie Wild One

FFO: Co Co's Choice I had overlooked this one.

Blue Ribbon Rodio Moved in fall and it is the tallest it has ever been and the blooms are the larest too.

When one does not have anything blooming in their garden, everything looks outstanding (LOL). I really love the colors of LEDGEWOOD JUNGLE MUSIC. I would second Mantis' comment about Heavenly Angel Ice. Nice group of pictures.

I have some of those noids as well! Like you, I never thought about names on those first acquisitions!

Wild One makes a statement as well as I Lava You. I am so glad you posted Keep On Looking. Mine bloomed yesterday and it is one I have not seen in several years (yes, bugs!). No tag and I could not remember the name but knew you had it. Here is mine! Now with a new tag.

Another group of fantastic blooms! Keep on Looking catches my eye as does Heavenly Angel Ice. It's such a pretty flower, but we have had no luck with ours. It never did well and then it finally died. Wild One is certainly an interesting bloom too.

Heavenly Angel Ice can be temperamental. Isabelle Rose is certainly taller and more vigorous. There are so many nice older reds, even if they don't have edges or a lot of ruffles. Gates and Peck might be good hybridizers to research for a possible match. How many years ago was this purchase? Yours is actually fairly ruffled, so it might be later.

I like your red NOID. Such a pretty shade of red. I'd keep it too.........The color of yellow on Mico is so soft and creamy. Not the usual lemon or sunshine bright tones. I like the color in your photo.......Wild One always draws attention............Maryl

I think Coco's Choice is my Coco's Curiosity. Nice photo of it! Keep On Looking is a pretty one! I Lava You is pretty vigorous. I sometimes had instant rebloom on it too. Pretty color on Ledgewood's Jungle Music.

Glad you saw it Kate. Thank you Nancy, It had always done well, then suddenly was gone. Thank you Maryl. Mico is a pretty one. Mantis, I got that red in about 2005, Mantis so it could one of those growers but there are a lot of similar ones and I will just enjoy it. Debra, I had meant to post it with the earlier ones and you are right , of course.

Thank you so much. I have been weeding today because te weeds grow as much as the lilies do. That one does have a beautiful delicate color profile.
