Which colors are a hit with BM Silver Satin

last month

Hey all,

Can anyone recommend a palette of nuetral colors and maybe some coastal ones that look good with BM Silver Satin.

Our open concept area is BM silver satin and we need colors for guest bedroom, office/bedroom and master bedroom and bath.

We plan to decorate with soft coastal blue and greens in the main areas of the home.

To start bedrooms can be quite different than the main living space and I usually choose bedding first then decor and wall color is driven by the bedding. A bathroom used by every one should IMO be more in the same color palette as the main living space but if only used by a bedroom occupant than the same color scheme as the bedroom it ia attached to. So a bit mor einfo and always some pics of the spaces . Posted here in comments and any questions and answers also here in comments . Silver Satin is IMO a very nice neutral so many colors work with it but more info and pics will help us help you

I wish I could pick bedding and decor first , but the Contactor needs the colors tonight.

2 of the bedrooms are empty. The furnishings were ruined in a storm. . My collage sons use the rooms now but soon one will be a guest bedroom and the other will be an office .

In the master bath I may use BM Glass Slipper , although I am wavering on that a bit. I have not settled on the hard elements yet but also need to pick the countertop in the morning . It will either be Bianco Rhino Marble with some type of white tile or Fabstone Calacatta Oro with a a khaki Color linen look tile. The master bedroom is attached. (We also need new bedding in here )

The guest bath is a small full bath with no natural light . The vanity is SW Neibla Azul and the counter top is Bianco Rhino. It will likely have a very plain 2” white hex tile.

If you like the BM Silver Satin, then you can just continue that into the other rooms. There is no rule that says everything has to be different, or the same! Down the road, you can change/adjust the paint color in certain rooms if you want.

Gee it would have been so much easier to help you if you took the time to post photos of the various items you have already selected. It's not our job to track down the vanity color and the counttop stone selection or the tiles.

@beverlyfladeniner thanks so much for your suggestions. Is there a way to see the actual color names in the palette you shared.

    nope

It's likely easier to keep the walls in the bedrooms neutral and change the color scheme with linens, rugs and art
