While I haven't used its medicine cabinets, I have been satisified with three vanities from Fresca sold by decorplanet.com. However, some of the lighted medicine cabinets on Amazon look very attractive (and are well-priced). For example, the LEDs of these Umeiga cabinets are around the edge of the mirror so they don't block the view. There are even round cabinets. Be sure to consider the depth of any cabinet and compare it against the depth of your wall if you are planning to recess it. If you'll surface-mount it, check the side material; the Fresca cabinets include mirrors that you attach to the sides of its cabinets for a surface mount while the Umeiga sides are painted. Also check the LED color temperatures*, whether the LEDs are dimmable (and whether the mirror remembers the setting when switched off and back on), the location of the controls, inside-features such as power strips, and whether the mirrors are anti-fog. The Fresca cabinets include detailed installation instructions, a positive attribute.
