I was also going to tell you just be prepared to provide a full floor plan, to scale, hear why you need to gut the kitchen (that you haven't even shown them), why every design choice you've ever made is wrong, and the solution is to upgrade all lighting to 40000 gigawatts.

Ha ha Ally. The kitchen is nice. Not what I would do from scratch but nice enough for sure.

We will gain a pool and a gorgeous lake and golf course view. We will be redoing the floor.

This time in Coretec Calypso Oak! And of course painting. Will not do the bathrooms. The master bath is a bit over the top but I’m not ready for that exsoense.
