This screw happen in process of getting 10 feet kitchen island. We are late in process that cant change anything. Any ideas to make it look not obvious

This is not a problem. Hang in there.

Symmetry is way overrated, especially at this moment in kitchen design. Balance is more attainable and more comfortable. Wait for complete install, move in, then decorate in a way that feels balanced - i.e. big fruit bowl or flower jug on the right third of the island.

When the kitchen is finished you won't even realize it soon enough. As mentioned above symmetry is overrated. Finish the kitchen and enjoy it.

Just make sure your guests never stand in that ONE exact spot where you stood to take the photo!

Not an issue as long as you got the function you wanted with a longer island.

just stick w matte or duller finish smallish knobs on the cabs/ ..not shiny large handles which will show more along with their positions. [cab door sizes are different each side it appears] what you want is for eyes to keep moving around and not settle on the issue.

Mine isn't centered and I didn't even notice until I saw yours. It also isn't centered b/w the pendants. Again, I never noticed.

Things like this are really only noticeable in static/flat pictures. In real life, it's not noticeable.

As Chispa alluded to, when you "center" something, the centering is only "centered" when standing at the single point you used to center the item. Once you move left or right, it will no longer look centered.
