Perfect. Snowbound and Drift of Mist relate (same hue family) and comfortably contrast in a good way. Just make sure you have an updated Cambria sample. If you are painting before you get your slab, a visit to the showroom is a good idea.

How about choosing the same color for the walls and cabinets, different sheen?

Either color options, love the SW Drift of Mist if you have a lot of natural light.

I have samples of both here and like Lori, I maintain a file with the LCH values for all of the paint colors.

I am a data scientist and love that we can measure color and get a good idea of how they relate to one another, but the way human's see color isn't quite as straight forward and simple as just looking at the LCH values.

There is a really fine line between grayish whites going toward green or going toward pink and they all fall in the same "hue family" and can have very similar LCH values. The lower the chroma the more likely you will see taupe and pink/violet tones.

When I look at both colors under natural daylight I am seeing greener tones in Drift of Mist and Pink tones when I look at Snowbound.

You also have not said anything about your flooring. Flooring will be another large influencer on what Neutral and White you select.

The other colors that you have not mentioned is trim and ceilings.

They will all need to work well together to get a harmonious result.

I would read her reviews of both colors prior to making a final decision.

Pure White may be a better choice with your counter and Drift of Mist, but the only way to truly know is to test them together.

The best way I know to test color is by looking at them in natural daylight - all the tones are easier to see in natural daylight. (Take a sample of your counter, your flooring, and your paint samples outside and see how they look together.)
