Building a new oceanfront home and wondered if materials in this house are suitable for oceanfront

Hello Paula! Thank you for your inquiry! The wood siding is cedar, and we recommend not using that for an oceanfront home. We would use this product instead.

Thank you for responding to my question! It is a daunting task trying to choose exterior materials for an oceanfront residence in northeast United States. Cedar is commonly used in Maine where my home will be located. Thanks to you we will consider other options.
