Could we see a closeup of your brick? It's always a good idea to choose colors that are actually present in the brick for siding or trim.

Just curious about the history of the house- was the front pergola added in the last few years? Often you can get some good info from the permits on file at city hall.

Many of these were quite popular for the 1950's and 1960's houses in California, as successive owners often repainted with similar colors for decades. The burst of colors following the "Band Aid beige" era included greens, blues and even pinks.

Yes front pergola was an add on I’m not sure exactly when probably 20 years ago my grandma added it- she hates it now haha. My family has owned it since the 70s I recently purchased it from my dad and am just attempting to clean it up.

Updating the lath would make the trellis more MCM. I like the idea of deep Charcoal siding with the white trim and your windows are already white. I wouldn't mix white with Alabaster which is a cream.

I would leave the fence as is and paint the garage door to match. Sage green does not feel MCM with the brick, the example shown is Colonial. Your rendering of all white with black trim is also very nice.

Before you decide on paint colors, let us know what color your roof is. That makes a huge difference and we cant see that in your pictures.

Get the trees trimmed. Even protected trees can be trimmed around 30% and it makes a huge difference.
