Tile layout recommendation?

I had to offset the cabinets from the wall corner to create space. What backsplash layout would look best? I'm not sure where to terminate the tile on the bottom left. Going with a white 2x6 subway tile.

In my opinion, and of these choices, 2 looks the best but why go all the way to the molding? What is the rest of the backsplash area in the kitchen?

No tile until I can see what the install is in the other areas. Just paint it.

Agree with sm and dan1888.

We need to see the rest of the kitchen to make an informed decision.

Eam44 has a great idea. I would love that, if the rest of the kitchen supports that look.

Of course you said you are using tile, and that look is usually with a solid piece of stone. And that looks best with real stone, soapstone or marble, etc…. not quartz.

I cannot tell what you countertop is. Is it quartz?
