Wow!! Look at all those clumps! Love Tall Dark Stranger. I dug in mine last year and it pouted on sending out clump blooms this year. Your photos actually enabled me to get it several years ago. Simplicity in Motion looks good. I like that plant too. Ruby Spider is always a winner. I’ve never seen Bluegrass Memories that pale. Is that heat? Love the bed shot. You moved several plants around didn’t you?

You have lots of pretty clumps today! Your Tall Dark Stranger Clump looks very happy. That one must be a great multiplier for you. Bluegrass Memories is pretty, and I love the garden shot.

Wonderful clump shots, Sherry. I agree with your Tall Dark Stranger being a winner. I like Simplicity in Motion. Very nice FFO trio of Heavenly Hidden Treasure. And, as always your garden bed shots are so pretty they like like magazine pages. Nice.

Wonderful clump of Tall Dark Stranger. Ruby Spider looks good. I had Get'R Done, perfect flowers, but so short. It has nice branching, if its scapes were taller it would have been amazing. But it was one that would add a fan and lose 2. I miss it, but I tried it in a couple of places with no improvement

You have the prettiest small garden setting. People could see that and feel that they might be able to do something like that in their own yard. Beautiful and inspiring......Tall Dark Strangers seems to be the winner for about everyone here, me included. Great clump.....Bluegrass Memories is a color I like in your picture. Usually I'm on the fence with those "blue" lavender daylilies. But I have one that I've grown rather fond of in that color range and think yours looks just right.............Maryl

I am glad that I got Tall Dark Stranger, as I wholeheartedly agree in its appeal. Yes, a nice perennial garden with the daylilies. It used to be that daylilies were the queen of perennials and sought after for the perennial border. Sadly, with dominance of deer, daylilies are now shunned.

Wow, Nancy, Get R Done was short? I find that hard to believe, as it is quite tall here and always has been. Maybe, it just needed a different location in the garden.

Kate, last fall I removed about 8 daylilies, poor perfomers in my eye. I moved about 10 more daylilies to better spots. I lost some sun exposure because of trees ….the ones I moved are doing better despite the disruption. I found two more spots in the garden with ”missing Plants”, that makes 6 daylilies I lost. I have four dormants coming this fall from Oak Hill Gardens and added 3 this spring from Laura in Michigan. I guess this never gets done……😉
