Is that the sunroom? If so, the first thing to go is the carpet.

You should live with it for a while to see what's awkward, whether you need more storage, etc.

As for decor, it's hard to comment on bathrooms with no shower curtain, towels or bathmat. I'm not fond of the yellow walls and brick tile, but it might just be the photo. A cream would be good and the yellow might be an artefact of the picture.

The sunroom is hard to comment on, other than the uninspired carpet and ceiling, neither might be a problem if a furnished space. What space do you need? Is it your main living room? Is it too hot or too shady?
