I too am not seeing so many beetles on the canna. Knock on wood.

I think they came to me. I am having to keep my roses trimmed off so they moved to my hibiscus.

I've started seeing them in the past few days. This is just the beginning of their feeding and mating frenzy. They are smaller here than they were in Nashville, so it's harder to catch them and squash them to death. They have eaten holes in a couple of daylilies so far.
