Wow on the rich color of Garry Bewyck and a rebloom too......I like the pattern on Ages of Change. Very distinct patterning in your picture.......I gifted out Pea Green With Envy last year. Space problem as usual. Looks like it will earn its keep for you........Maryl

Garry Bewcyk can be very splotchy here, but is gorgeous when it is clean. I wonder what David thinks of Pea Green, as he has had it for a half-dozen years. I am usually not fond of Herrongton cultivars, nor are they of me and my climate. Exotic Star is blooming here just above the foliage this year.

Maryl and Mantis, Garry Bewcyk has been virtually spotless this year which is amazing considering all the rain.

I am withholding final appraisal on Pea Green With Envy until I have seen it in

”normal” weather circumstances (if we even know what that is). So much spring rain and so much continued rain has contributed to a season unlike any other and performance unseen in the past on many.

I especially like the picture of Just Fabulous and the coneflowers. Gary Bewcyk and Agent of Change are gorgeous, and the Exotic Starfish clump is a stunner.

I love the clump shot of EXOTIC STARFISH. Mine is blooming well above the foliage this year and the blooms are large.

I also like AGENT OF CHANGE. I don't remember ever seeing that one and I have never heard of it.

GOING BIG TIME is a real attention getter.

I am real curious about Ron Reimer's intros and how they perform for others. I have one that has yet to bloom. I will have to look later today to see if it has sent up a scape. GOLDEN DELICIOUS has been on my list as well as several others.

PEA GREEN WITH ENVY: I have a love hate relationship with this plant. I tend to find that the scape height is so variable within this plant that it is maddening to figure out where to plant it. I may just move it to an end of the row spot. Even within the same planting the scape heights vary. When I threaten to get rid of it, it really performs well and earns a stay of execution. The next year it under performs. I don't grow many Herrington introductions, because they seem to no like my climate. The only other Herrington that I grow is Honey Crunch Cupcake and that one is consistent.

I'm going to have to move my WEPD--it doesn't like the spot it is in. It is too short and not increasing well.

Julia, the coneflower is Sombrera Granada Gold and it has been a bloomer!!

Brad, this is the best year in height and bloom I have seen WEPD. I can say that about many!

David, totally understand about Pea Green and the Herringtons. They don’t usually do well for me either. Again, the rain, rain and more rain from spring onward to even now has given me (and Kay) an unprecedented season of blooms and overall performance. Now, rebloom scapes are coming up everywhere!!

I forgot to note that you got a great pic of White Eyes.

Kate, Golden Delcious has increased very well here, but I think I have had it one year longer than you. it is reblooming right now along with Purple Pathways and Pattern A La Carte. Your Exotic Starfish clump is gorgeous! You have to like Both Big Red Bull and Gary Bewcyk.

You still have several nice clumps but I think I will go with White Eyes Pink Dragon. That is always a pretty clump.
