If you are on FB join hosta buyers group. If you look at hosta library home page there are sellers listed there. There also FB pages for auctions and other random treasure throves. MN hosta society is also very strong. They should suggest local vendors.

Hostas store and Mason Hollow I ordered the most I would say in recent years since Gary and Naylor Creek closed. Sebright sends large healthy specimens. Norther Grown Perennials are field grown. Uniquely hosta in Elroy WI might be close for a trip?

I have ordered from Mason Hollow, New Hampshire Hostas, and Sebrights. I would order again from any of them. Also agree with Lindalana’s suggestions above.

Agree with both ll and IGG and would definitely add Hornbakers, In the Country, Plant Delights, and Land of the Giants. I would stay away from Plant Addicts. I had a rather poor experience with them.

Very impressed by how many garden with hosta in the Twin Cities. Never seen so many hosta and Annabelle hydrangea.

I recently been to Hornbakers in person. Beautiful gardens, still family operated. I have post somewhere, their display gardens are stunning. MN just hosted convention couple years ago. Lots of beautiful gardens.

Sebright's sends absolutely beautiful plants and has the best packing that I've ever seen. I have also ordered some from Monty Carlson in Minnesota. I would like to visit Land of the Giants but I have never made it up there, although I visit Chicago often.
