Hi looking for opinions on these two products. I am in the process of buying a house. I am closing Friday. Looking to do about 264 sqFt of flooring to cover asbestos 9x9 tiles. I thought Optimax Performance was the winner because it felt good on the feet and did not slip with socks on. But, now I am seeing some old reviews and how much trouble people are having. It has me worried as this is my first home and floor.
I would love to hear opinions and experience as well as alternatives. Please save a new homeowner from making a huge mistake.
