We moved into our apartment less than a year ago and are still trying to figure out what to do with the kitchen. The units are good quality and less than 10 years old, so we don't really want to replace them. The countertop is good quality as well (granite) but we think the colour doesn't work with the current units. The floor tiles need replacing and we want to make a space for a freezer. We also have a small wall where we currently have the bins which needs a tidy up. Here are my ideas, would love some feedback!

- change the unit handles to a matt iron black
- paint the lower units a charcoal grey ( to match the grey in the granite)
- re-tile the floor also in grey
- get a carpenter to re-work a couple of the units and make room for the freezer
- maybe get the same person to build a small unit to hold the bin and recycling containers
