Still have new things blooming. We are dry and the ground is cracking. I've had to water some beds. Sunday is the start of the big dig for the sale/auction in MD. Can't wait for the heat and all of the bugs. The stuff we do for this addiction. I mean hobby.

COOL FOOL taken at 5 pm today. This is the FFEO in my garden. It is a diploid and no one will even come close to guessing what I plan doing with this plant. LOL I think there are a couple of Bennett intros begging to be crossed with this one. After studying Mr. Bennett's work, he would use a worthy pink from another hybridizer in his work until he saw the results and then move on. I remember visiting his garden and he may have had up to 20 plants from other hybridizers in his yard. The rest were his seedlings. I wish I had that type of focus.

CIRCLES AND BEYOND: This Reimer has been in the ground for less than a year. I hope the pattern is more pronounced next year. It may still show up, as this is only the second bloom this year.
