It's confusing b/c I don't know what it looks like now. Can you post current pics? You appear to have a lot of warmth and so I don't think grey is the way to go. Maybe put your money into new barstols, new kitchen lighting, maybe some rugs to warm it up. The floors look nice.

I am all in for all white, ceiling, walls, and trims, all the same white, no contrasting.

the things that can't be painted will become a feature (stone) Not stark white, a warm white, like SW Alabaster.

Gray is dull and dreary, look at it at night and on a cloudy day.
