Does anyone know the source of this?

I randomly saw this on Pinterest and it made my jaw drop. I’ve tried to find it on google Image search and everywhere I can…I’m just wondering who did this or if it is AI? I’m giving my own house a facelift and this bathroom hits the nail on the head with what my tastes have evolved to…would be nice to find sources!

Looks AI - the mirrors reflection makes no sense. But if it were real, the tub would be vintage and specialty painted. The molding would be custom.
