Get a sample door of the color you ordered, and take it to Sherwin Williams and have it color matched. Its impossible to make any suggestions from pictures on a computer monitor. Every monitor will show differently. Be careful of getting too much white, so you dont end up with a sterile hospital looking room.

We can absolutely give you suggestions, then you go to SW and get large color cards or swatches and see how you like them in your space. The key to not making the cabinets look old and dingy is to make sure you choose a wall color with neutral or slightly yellow undertones.

Do you want contrast between the wall color and the cabinets? If so, what you want is a more saturated hue of a white that matches the cabinet finish pretty well. Shoji White is a beautiful color, a warm greige with a little bit of a yellow undertone. Another beautiful choice is White Sesame. Its undertones are very neutral. Both would look great with both cabinet finishes.

The absence of windows makes it appear that the room will be dark. I would have painted the walls bright white (e.g., Behr Ultra Pure White, Sherwin-Williams High Reflective White) and chosen kitchen cabinets whose paint or stain looked acceptable with the white walls rather than having the cabinet finish drive the wall color.

Theres two windows in the kitchen and double doors plus 5 windows in the open area of the living room . so its not too dark but it is darker in the kitchen than living. Theyre prefab cabinets with set color choices that I already picked. We had to pick the cabinets before the walls are painted.

I know it can be counterintuitive. It might be tempting to choose a bright white with cool undertones, but that will make your antique white look yellowed. If you go with a paint color with a warm (slightly yellow) undertone, your antique white cabinets will look brighter, and your wood tone will look like a thoughtful choice. High Reflective White can look a little sterile, and compared with it, your antique white cabinets may indeed look a little dingy, and the wood toned cabinets a little out of place.

I’ve used Greek Villa as a trim color. It does absolutely look white even though in comparison with HRF it really is a pale cream.
