It's very hard to see the brick you want to coordinate with. Take a close up of the brick and siding together. Take a picture of the house with the sun on the house, not shadowing it.

You’re on the right track with creamy paint, matching the very lightest color in your brick. The trim can be the same, or maybe 1-2 tones darker than the body of the house. Not much darker.

That tree, while nice enough, is hiding your door. Would you consider trimming it, both in width and height? Then paint your front door the green you love.

Some option to go with greige siding (e.g., Revere Pewter BM),

light trim ( crisp white or cream) and dusty blue or muted teal for front door.

@Sigrid, I will try to get the house in the sunlight this afternoon. But, here is a photo of the brick, up close, next to the current paint color.

The current paint, has too much yellow in it, and doesnt go well with the brick.

cat_ky, I completely agree! I want something softer and cooler. Pardon all the paint swatches. I was trying to narrow down by seeing what colors are definite no's and which ones could work. I am drawn to some of the lighter green/gray/blues but they don't seem to look good with the brick.

I agree that the swatches are wrong for the brick. Your brick is predominately warm colors but you’re trying to mix cool blues with it. Not going to work well.

I like the sage.

Sage above is very nice nice. I’d look for a trim color a little darker, grayed out a bit.

Thanks so much. I am looking at a sage by Sherwin Williams called Soft Sage that I like but it is for interiors only, it appears. Would cream/white work on my house as the body color? Also considering Shoji White. It is so grey here much of the year that I have been focusing on lighter colors. My house also is in the shade most of the day.
