Open to all suggestions on exterior. I’m planning on keeping the house white but apart from that open to new ideas for windows roof, etc. I’ll post a new pic soon as my hedges are not this overgrown. 😩

I think your house will look good without the shutters. I don't think you'd gain much by replacing your roof or the porch roof. I'd put some shrubs around the telephone pole, it's a big feature in your pictures and not in a good way.
