If you're still looking, I'd separate the cloud-like comfort from the pet question: stain cleanup, claw snags and cushion upkeep are different problems. Before ordering, ask whether the exact upholstery's covers are washable (removable doesn't necessarily mean washable), what replacement covers cost, and whether you can get a swatch to check how easily your pets' hair brushes off.

If you mean RH's Cloud specifically, the ownership accounts we researched are mixed on cushion reshaping and long-term support; those reports don't establish that a particular fabric will withstand pets. I'd try the selected depth in person and price replacement covers before committing.

Disclosure: I run ROOMXLAB. Our source-based Cloud review collects those owner accounts and distinguishes older configurations from the current listing; it isn't a hands-on or pet-durability test: https://shop.roomxlab.com/products/rh-sofa-cloud-modular-3-piece-sofa

Are you mainly dealing with cats scratching, dogs shedding, or accidents? That would change which features I'd prioritize.
