You will need to watch where the plumbing is set. That size vanity does not have to be custom. It just needs to be components ( think of how a kitchen is put together ) . Get 2 fillers and 2 - 30" sink bases and a 15" stack of drawers for the center. There are plenty of decent cabinet companies out there that don't tale too long to come in.

The flooring isn't done yet so there must still be some time.

I have remodeled many bathrooms over the years and always built the vanities with kitchen cabinet components like Debbi described. There are lots of circumstances where off the shelf vanities don't fit. The kitchen cabinet makers' products are also higher quality than the made overseas standard sized products. If you live near a reasonably large city you might be able to find a company that makes cabinets locally that can fulfill this request in a timely manner.

If you need quick ship items, look into Fabuwood, Forevermark, Cubitac companies like that. If you have some time - Kraftmaid, Dynasty, Medallion. I would suggest going to your local kitchen and bath store and see what brands they offer and the time lines.

If you want a freestanding unit, I have heard good things about stuff on Wayfair - just make sure to really read the description! There is some crap stuff on there too.
