What is wrong with my rose?

This is an Earth Angel—the first year I've had it. i livenin northern Indiana, zone 6a I think. Is it black spot? I also noticed some type of eggs on the bottom of one leaf. I forgot to get a picture of them but I thought I’d mention it in case the egg layer is also the perpetrator of the black leaves. 🤷‍♀️

The insect eggs....I don't think there's a connection between them and the symptoms on your EA leaves.

“What is your fertilizing program?”

Not great. 🫣 I think I used the 3-in-1 Bioadvanced stuff a couple if times earlier this year but nothing since then. Its been a busy summer! 😬 Is there something in particular that you suggest using?

I didnt figure the eggs had anything to do with it but I’m far from an expert! 😄

Miracle-Gro All Purpose at 1/2 tablespoon powder/gallon of water every week for 4 weeks (4 times, once each week), and report back with what progress you have made. Never liquid feed a dry/dehydrated bush.
