We cannot see any leaves. Or any clear detail of the flowers. Without that information and looking at what appears to be a fading flower head which is curling into a cup shape with a collar of bract I would guess it is indeed Daucus carota. But the photos aren't good enough to be sure.

Actually, I just answered my own question...because now I do see some tiny red flowers in the center of that white umbrel upon closer inspection. So, Queen Anne's Lace it is, then.

NB the word is 'umbel' despite the temptation to compare it to ☂️.
