Wolf CSO or Double wall oven?

last month
last modified: last month

I am remodeling my kitchen and trying to decide between the Wolf M series double wall oven and a single wall oven and the Wolf CSO. I bake a ton, using our current double wall oven multiple times per week. I mostly am baking dishes for dinner (roasting broccoli or root vegetables, baking chicken, etc) and because of differing oven temp/mode needs, use both ovens. I also bake bread (using a dutch oven), muffins, and bagels, all of which I do both gluten and gluten free versions. my husband makes homemade pizzas weekly and uses the second oven to keep them warm.

I've never used a steam oven but the showroom guys talked a pretty great tale about how they are the most amazing thing on the planet and we’re missing out if we don’t take this remodel opportunity to upgrade… I am so torn between taking a leap and worrying I’ll regret it bc the way we bake isnt a match for the CSO. HELP! 🤪

We’re reworking our oven cabinet so wiring and space isnt an issue. I’ve also considered the the GE Monogram dual convection double wall oven, or if we can figure out the configuration, Wolf single wall oven, the CSO, and Monogram Advantium to replace our mw. So if you have additional thoughts in any of thise directions, I’m all ears. thanks in advance!
