Is this new construction or existing that you are remodeling? Can you post a floor plan will ALL dimensions (graph paper is fine)? Do you need a two sink vanity? Are you planning medicine cabinets? What about storage?

#1 feels kinda clunky.

#2 looks best:

- When you enter the room, you'll be walking towards a mirror, which will be nice and bright. Sight lines matter.

- I think you can make the vanity a little larger; I'd take it all the way to the wall to avoid a difficult-to-clean crevice. I'd offset the sink to one side, allowing you to have a decent-sized set of drawers. Storage at the sink is always important.

- This gives you a good-sized linen closet.

- Where will your shower towels hang?

#3 is worst:

- Duplicate sinks are never a positive, especially in a small space like this. Note that the user of the sink on the right would have to sandwich himself between the vanity and the toilet -- no thanks.

- And you lost the linen closet.

I really like our bathroom layout. Basically, your first image but the vanity and toilet swapped. That lets the toilet and any ”necessities” for it hide a bit behind the edge of the vanity.

Our bathroom also has a bit of wall at that end of the vanity. The bottom half is kind of a pony wall, with a ledge a little higher than the vanity to set something on so it doesn’t get wet. above it, the wall steps back to be full-height, and has a recessed, mirrored medicine cabinet. You may or may not need or want that.

One thing I like is probably not so popular these days, but the space above the toilet, from that wall to the end wall, is a cupboard for tp and more, instead of a linen closet.
