I think I found the two patterned pillows, West Elm. Must be older because the colors pictured are not available. But google search is showing a lot of similar alternatives!

I'm not trying to trend. LOL But I just realized that lumbar pillow is sitting in front of another solid pillow making it look like it's square. I think the pattern and color is neutral enough to go with that wall hanging. ??

Loads of kilm pillows on Etsy. Mixing kilm with your floral wallhanging is an eclectic look for sure and can absolutely be done, but it is really hard to do eclectic well. Take your time with this to get it right.

I second Etsy for kilim pillows. Also, the yellow gold pillow is similar to a cactus silk pillow, also can be found on Etsy. I purchased a different pair (from THIS seller) for my sister's beach house.
