I personally don't think either of the two backsplash tiles that you've posted will provide the feel that you are going for based upon your above inspiration photos. I think the top one is too light and the bottom one has too much brown in it,

This tile looks closer to the one in your first inspiration photo - it' not exact - but I would guess that it would look pretty in a dimmer light (not an office setting):

This tile below might work - however, it is matte - not glossy. Maybe it comes in a glossy version:

Here is your inspiration photo on Instagram - you might contact the designer to see if the tile will be shared (or find out if it's a slab green/jade onyx). They have some design consulting options - they might be willing to share sources with you for a reasonable fee.

However, your inspiration photo looks like it's tiles - not a slab.

You can find many green onyx, jade, jade onyx, mint green onyx tiles - you just have to look through them. I'd look to see if you can find 24x48 or 48x48 size tiles - that will provide more of a slab look.

I've also seen quite a few green tiles that have variation in the glaze that would look more like your second inspiration photo - look for a faux zellige tile.

Your inspiration photos are moody bathrooms - I don't think either of your sample tiles will provide that for you.
