I'd use the IKEA RINGHULT high gloss white fronts for consistency with the kitchen fronts. Or IKEA VALLSTENA if a glossy fronts were expected to be too difficult to keep clean.

Will you be removing or changing the other door? If so, I like the idea of a black glass door and flat wood tone inside.

I agree with dolling up the whole space. a glass front door, even a swing door, and making the pantry a real feature. sleek glossy cabinet doors. It's part of the kitchen, the floor extends so that's a plus.

I'd paint the walls and ceiling of the pantry room a dark, rich color.. like a rich silvery blue/green from your botanical framed art prints, to add a subtle unexpected interest.
