24" standard base drawer cabinets can be spaced out from the wall using 2 x 4 blocking. Your deeper counter hides the open rear space. Deeper counter workspace is very valuable. 28-30" is often chosen where possible. You can post your floorplan for more ideas.

The range is supposed to protrude from the cabinets, so it isn’t a fire hazard. And you have to have a back guard on your range, so you dont burn your quartz. Because having it directly behind the range with no back guard is another fire hazard.
