Hello, I'm sorry for the delay in getting this answered for you. The floor is Mirage Flooring (www.miragefloors.com) Natural Sapele 5" Engineered with the semi-gloss finish. It was glued down (not floating). From the owner - In general we have been very happy with our choice. We have lived on it for 2 years and 2 months. The finish shows no sign of wear. But it does dent, particularly under chair legs, so the floor is no longer pristine. Color change due to sunlight has been modest and uniform. We have an area rug on the floor in a very sunny spot in the living room and there is no "rug shadow" on the floor. This floor does show dust, particularly in a raking light. The "Cashmere" finish would probably show less dust but we didn't like the way the texture of the finish looked in a raking light and the chatoyance in different lights was more noticeable.
