My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    Thanks for your question! All of the siding is from James Hardie - a cement board product. The lighter color (Sherwin Williams "SW 7029 Agreeable Gray") are James Hardie Board & Batten siding and the darker color ("SW 7069 Iron Ore") are James Hardie lap siding.
