Towels, a plant, art, a new shower curtain are all very easy ward to make change.

There's a lot of walls. Why not try wallpaper out in the room and see what works with the style of your home.

With those large walls I'd consider a towel rack that makes a statment.

You could install a medicine cabinet that extends from wall to wall.

Waht an odd space . Can you post a to scald floor plan I am thinking the pics are distoring the space somewhat . Yes you need to add your personality to the space , this is agueat bathroom do you mean attached to a guest bedroom or used as a pwder room and a guest bathroom? he mirrors are great tyey do the job. A nice ceiling ficture would be a good idea make sure it does not cast weird shadows . I would not choose wallpaper right now but some art on the walls maybe anew wall color and for sure a much nicer shower curtain. Where do those doors lead and for sure no towel bar there at all. I agree with Kendrah a bit but we eed a lot more info from you to really give advice I looked at your idea books I see a bit of an eclectic style so maybe wllpaper but it will need to be a big expense so wait until you know for sure what your style will be for this space .

Find a large piece of wall art that makes a statement. Add shower curtain, rugs, towels and wall paint that enhance it.

good avice already, just wondering about A shallow cabinet to the left of the door as you enter (not too tall so it sits under the light switches) could help break up the space and create a little interest. We had a vintage one in a former bathroom that held rolled ip white towels, I put a simple candle on the top for evening showers

100% agree on the custom shower curtain on Etsy, they can make one thet sits just above the floor and has more fullness when it’s spread across the length, weirdly it makes a bit difference in a bath

Coordinated wall paper, shower curtain. a cabinet for necessities, and space for a guest to put all of their things. Overhead light fixture that will with warm color lighting. I do not care for the type of lighting in the mirror, but some like it. Clinical? You bet. Every hospital and nursing home has this bathroom 😉
