Please post pictures of all of your choices so we don't have to look up what each of these materials looks like. You will get a lot more feedback.

Also, consider whether you want dark grout. It can make a subway tile look really busy. If you are going for a more bold contemporary look, it might be the right choice. Otherwise, lighten up the grout.

Did you pick grey because you really like grey, or did you choose those colors because that's what was being pushed on you by various sources? If it's the latter, re-think your color palette. If it's a new build you can have anything you want, and the grey trend sped out the station at high speed. If you love grey fine but if not then go back to the drawing board.

Grey was popular 10-15 years ago, not so much today. So only pick grey if you truly love it and don’t plan to move for 10 years.
