are there windows in the nook? Do you have a patio off the Family Room, or just a slider for access?

We need every measurment clearly marked so start there we cannot help without that. Some pics of the space as is . Including the nook in the kitchen is tricky both the shape and I bet windows that are lower than normal for a kitchen Angled walls in kitchens are always an issue . I thnk if you want to include that nook in the kitchen I would squar it off so a flat wall where the wibndows start the bend then one nice big window there and maybe then some interesting design to include that space properly. I also need meausrements of appliances hopefully all decided and Ideally already in thegarage . The DR space you show is still the perfect spot for dining both family and a more formal use when needed . So I will wait for those measurements
