I have bought fabric and trim from Stark. They are a major design reseller, maybe manufacturer too, and they have good quality products. They merged with Scalamandre a few years back and have also bought up other design lines.

I have two custom room sized rugs from Stark. The quality is good. I have matching serged edges, but they may be able to do a blind edge too.

A lot of it will depend on the carpet fiber. Mine are wool and were probably in the upper mid range price-wise. I know the salesperson at my local Stark said to avoid certain synthetics that they carry, some of their lower priced broadlooms. But they also had commercial grade synthetic that was significantly more expensive than what I got.
