I would go with art above toilet (1 big or 2 stacked, with warm tones).

You’ve got a gold mirror and light but chrome faucet/handles. That mix can work if it’s intentional, but here it feels accidental.

It’s a little heavy on the sink side (meaning visually that where everything is…sink, mirror, light). The other side of the room needs something large on the wall.

Not loving the stars. Need more weight on that wall.

I heard you - I understand that you do not want to change your countertop, flooring or wall color. At the same time, I have to be honest with you. Your current wall color (Classic Gray) is a warm gray with violet undertones. I love the color with weathered gray wood flooring. (Also has violet undertones).

But you don't have violet undertones in your flooring or countertop. They have a pinky orange brown undertone that is much more saturated.

I just added a beige overlay on your photo with the gray walls - it might not be the perfect color - that takes testing, but it demonstrates what could happen if you went with a warmer, more saturated light beige vs gray wall color.

You added a wall color from the "gray trend" to a bathroom built during the "brown trend". What that tends to do is highlight the beige-pink and gray-blue undertones ... and it never looks quite right.

Changing the cabinet to white won't impact the walls not working with the flooring and countertop. Changing the tie doesn't make slacks and a shirt work together if they clash, you have to change the shirt or the slacks.

I know this is not the answer you want and I am sorry about that.
