Help with my guest bath remodel

I used AI to generate mock-ups of my guest bath reno. I am converting a tub/shower to a standing shower. I added a knee wall between the toilet and shower to create some separation. I would love some insight/advice on some of my design choices. I plan for the tile to wrap over the knee wall rather than the white ledge pictured.

  1. Is the knee wall a good idea or does it make the bathroom smaller?

  2. The ceiling are actually much tall than pictured - 10 ft - so I don’t plan to tile to the ceiling. Would tiling to line-up with the top of the windrow frame work as a logical visual break?

  3. I am considering moving the shower fixtures to the window side wall. If I do that, I would leave the control on the opposite wall so you wouldn’t have to get in the shower to turn it on. Any thoughts/concerns about feasibility/aesthetic?

  4. Matte black or champagne bronze?! I’ve read a lot of design articles that say matte black is a design trend that is on the out except in hyper modern spaces. I don’t like the shiny gold tones, so finding brands that have a warmer muted gold is a little limiting. However, I do want to choose something that’s somewhat timeless as we don’t plan on staying in this house long term. Thoughts?

Here are some of the mock-up photos with various configurations. Please let me know what you think. Super nervous about this remodel and it is one of many the house needs so have to be mindful of total costs. Thanks so much for your advice!
