Pyrex makes all manner of glass storage containers that are oven, freezer and microwave safe. They may not be the precise size you are looking for but they should have something pretty darn close.

Are you going to the grocery store tonight? (Or some store open tomorrow morning?) .Most major grocery stores have a selection of glass cookware. Otherwise, you might have to give up on the 3x5 idea and use some other size bowl or Corning Ware-type dish which you might have on hand. Good luck, and have a nice day.

Yes, check Pyrex if time allows. There are also mini heavy-duty paper pans for microwaves, though I’ve not used them. Try a google search. Does it have to be 3x5 for sweet potatoes? Do you have any other microwave-proof containers?

It looks like Amazon does have what could be useful. I will get some to have for next time. I wanted to ask now rather than forget it. I have lots of Pyrex but something disposable means no washing and bringing home and taking the chance of it get broken. I love my Pyrex!

I have no idea where you live, but the Safeway/Albertsons and Fred Meyer stores are open several hours here on Thanksgiving. I wouldn't be surprised to find the size you are looking for at Fred Meyer (Kroger). I'm sure I have something in my kitchen that would work if you lived next door 😊

OT but I was looking because DH bought ice cream to go with desserts for a dozen people. We are taking desserts to my sisters two hours away. I'm looking forward to seeing how he wraps it to keep it cold, and we could have picked some up 10 minutes from her house.
