Have you thought about framing in a new flat ceiling?

I did briefly think about that wondering about the cost.

It would reduce your heating/cooling bills for the bathroom!

It would also be a warmer space to shower and bathe in.

I'm all for high ceilings and most of my house has 12 ft flat ceilings, but it was designed with taller doors and windows to be proportional to the ceiling height. You have standard height doors, which emphasizes the odd scale of the vaulted ceilings in a small space.

I don't think the ceiling are too high. I do think the lighting is poor and needs to be replaced.

I noticed that with the additional of the white marble around the tub, the trim paint color in the room is looking very creamy in tone.
