Will choosing a different grout fix my problem?

I love the way Floor & Decor's Zellige Oat tile looks- its a "zellige style" tile that kind of comes off as a relatively earthy neutral in general (online the image F & D uses looks peach but I've never seen it look that way its really like an "oat" color). It looked great on the wall I think until we grouted it (however we put the tile up before we repainted and so I never saw the true color on the wall as the room was painted mushroom before). We used Custom brand warm grey. We painted the room BM white dove. After installation and paint the tiles now appear to be a very pale lilac and very pale pink. I'm about to do my master bathroom, and I can't find another tile I like better but I'm kind of worried the same thing is going to happen again. I'm trying to do a warm neutral bathroom and if the tile is going to shift to pastels that kind of throws that out the window. If I can fix this by choosing the right grout, I would do that in a minute. Thoughts? BTW don't just say switch to another tile - I've been considering tons of tile. This is still my favorite, if I could keep it within the "oat" colors which is why I'm asking this question. Also- its not the exposure or the lighting. Neither one fixes the pastel issue.
