There are many cute ways delineated on Youtube. Do a search. One for kids..get a pizza slice plastic container, dress it like a Christmas tree stickers on the top etc. and place the card inside with candy/tinsel/tiny ornaments....

It is a great idea. Reminds me of the time, back in the day, when all the teens wanted an iPod for Christmas. Our friends bought (at a second hand store) a big book about how to choose the best college. They cut out a bunch of the pages and inserted the iPod. The teenager who had not been exactly thrilled at the idea of the college choice book, was delighted to open it and see the iPod.

I will be attaching gift cards to wine carriers and a beer carrier for adult nieces/nephews -- including ones for BYOB cooking classes, a byob restaurant gift cards and one to the state store (where we buy alcohol in PA). I had to buy a heavy duty hole punch to get through the cards-- it just arrived today and I am giddy. I want to put holes in everything!

I also will be delivering gift cards for a few folks in customized boxes I had made by an etsy seller.
