I would say paint the living room how you want since it's decided and sit with it and then decide to continue the color. Painting it yourself? This makes the most sense anyway to paint in sections

You can trim out and add molding to the opening between dinning and living and then you wouldn't feel compelled to continue on with the same exact color

It always seems odd to me when people want one color for an entire floor of a house. Light is so different in different rooms, and you use rooms for different purposes. I want my den a little dark, a little moody, my sun room sunny, my family room more lively than my living room, which is more formal. I do want the colors to work well together, so I arrange them in a palette with that in mind. Your palette has two entries, so you have room for many more options. You might find Alabaster to be too yellow. If so, consider Aesthetic White or Origami White instead, then look for other colors with neutral to grey undertones. Good luck!

I did do that color consultation with Sherwin Williams. He was the one who actually said to carry the same color through the living area into the kitchen and dining room. He also suggested painting the higher walls between the living room and dining room an accent color (darker) but I didn’t want to tie myself into a color scheme.

I would stay away from beiges and creams, because the area has lots and lots of light, and those warm tones will wash out. For a light color on all the walls, go with one that has green undertones, but still works as a neutral. For a compliment to the cabinets and the floors, with natural light being the default, consider B.M. Classic Gray. Do not pay attention to grays are out. You have to choose the color to work in your house. Classic gray will also look great with the leather sofas. There are many accents colors you can pull in, like blues.

Why are you having second thoughts about the Accessible Beige in the other rooms? Too dark? Doesn't look great in those rooms? Those questions might give you a clue as to the direction to take the other rooms.

It is very hard to use the same color in all rooms and have that color look good in every room. The light is different in different rooms, and inside and outside elements can have an impact on the color.

You need to sample, sample, and then sample some more. Get Samplize swatches, and once you narrow things down paint big posterboards that you can move around the room to make sure you've got it right.

I wouldnt want any beige close to your kitchen cabinets. If you must paint it all one color, then pick a white with a tint of green, since that will go great with your cabinets, etc.

Accessible beige is done throughout the living, kitchen, and dining areas. It looks nice. We have to change out the lightbulbs bc they are creating a strong yellow on the walls. If I had to do it again, I would probably change the kitchen and dining areas to a tinted white - maybe. I don’t like a whited out living room. I like contrast between the walls and ceiling/trim. Now I need to focus on purchasing living room sofa and furniture.

I wouldnt buy any furniture, until you get the paint color right. I agree with you, this is not the best color for your house. It does not go well with your floors, at all.
