I'm trying to figure out a cupola for light/ventilation on a one story 1:4 pitch roof. I'm thinking about 6' square to keep within around 10% of the roof length. I'd like maybe 2 2' square windows in front with at least one that can be opened for ventilation. I was thinking of a 2' square skylight hardwired or with a remote? A 2 x 4 skylight would probably open on the short end and I'd need it to open from the top in case it rained.
I'd like any suggestions.
