Will you be gutting the room and starting over with placement?

Or was your hope to add a shower to the existing layout?

If you did not have a window on the end, you may have room for a shower and squeeze a toilet and vanity next to each other without a lot of plumbing adjusting.

You don’t have room for even a minimal shower with those dimensions. Each plumbing fixture requires a minimum of 30” of unobstructed clearance A shower that is too small to use comfortably requires a 30” internal circle at the fixture. Bigger is better. But you don’t have even the minimum room required.

No you can't add a shower to where there is no footage for one. Unless you have a closet behind the wall where the door opens you have no where to put a shower. If you put a pedestal sink across from the toilet and put the shower stall where the vanity is you would have a shower no one could fit in and guests would feel like washing their hands while using the toilet. For a powder room it does appear roomy but if there were room for what you want it would be there already.

Alrhough not modern or elegant our first house had a full bath that size with a tub/shower combi (24”) on the back wall, and a 24” vanity next to door which left 3 feet in between for the toilet. We had a shower curtain at the tub instead of a glass shower enclosure which would have felt tight at two feet.

If you really need that full bath it is doable and you can have nice finishes but it might feel a bit cramped.

You do not have space for this . Honestly a 24" wide shower is useless BTW If you post an actual floor plan of this space and the spaces next to it maybe there is a way but it won't be cheap.

Monique is correct on her dimensions graph, except where I live 18” is required on either side of toilet plumbing.
