More context please. What room is this in, how much wallpaper is needed, what other finishes are in the room, how much light does the room receive?

I'd just paint the walls. The tiles are the focal point.

I thought of just painting the walls also but I want a wow factor. Because we need to keep it ADA would you add artwork?

The flooring is pretty much a "Wow" factor. If you team it up with a patterned wallpaper that might detract from the flooring's impact.

What does ADA have to do with art install. I would not do wallpaper in a bathroom used by the public and I agree to a color from the tile for wallcolor is all you need .

Post a photo of the actual room so we can see all the details….lighting, ceiling treatment, etc can create the wow too.

You MIGHT just get away with a mural.........

Thank you. I do have it on the upper half of the room. I was looking to put maybe a molding and wallpaper on the bottom half. But I think you’re right. I think the whole thing should just be Venetian plaster

My only concern of Venetian plaster is whether be a problem with water usage from the sink

You have to know when to STOP decorating. There is zero reason for wallpaper on the bottom half.

Chairs of wood to match beams. Floor is the focal star. Keep walls light. Maybe Swiss coffee sample.

The walls require a covering that can resist water and the constant cleaning that will occur. I would select a commercial grade vinyl wallcovering. These are usually 54" wide. I agree that a simple texture like grasscloth or burlap would work best with the pattern on the floor.

It's like you've never done a commercial space before and are completely unfamiliar with the "not creating a death trap" requirements for it. NCIDQ certification and being qualified for commercial design work obviously doesn't enter into this picture. You are concentrating on foo foo when you should be concentrating on DCOF, how that's going to interface with a floor drain, the pipe wrap, the Class A flammability factor for wall coverings, contract furniture, part 1640 compliance, etc. SO many red flags and red tags here.
