That is a newly made Tibetan or Nepalese rug (pretty sure) that copies an art deco design. Here are the original art deco rugs: http://nazmiyalantiquerugs.com/antique-rugs/art-deco/

Correct! This is a new rug, in the Art Deco style. It is a custom made octagonal wool rug, modeled after a Nepalese design which my client loved. We designed and fabricated the rug to be bold, flowing, and geometric, while using soft colors so as not to overwhelm the space.
